What people ask before they start.
Do we need new hardware?
No. Every app runs on standard phones, tablets and browsers. Where you have gates, cameras or access systems that support integration, we connect to them.
Where is our data stored?
In the region you choose, or on your own dedicated server. Access is role-based and every action is logged in a sealed audit trail.
How long does onboarding take?
Minutes for the trial: create an account and start. A single site is typically fully set up within days, with your lists imported and your roles set, with our help by email if you want it.
What happens when the 48 hours end?
The app locks gently: nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. Subscribe inside the app by KNET or card and everything you set up is there waiting. If you need longer to decide, email us and we will extend it.
Can we start with one app and add more later?
Yes. That is how most customers start. Anything you add later uses the people and sites you already set up.
Is it available in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen, notification and report is available in English and Arabic.
How do we pay?
By KNET or bank transfer against an invoice, monthly or annually. We email you the payment link and the invoice; your receipt follows once the payment clears. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time.
Every live app installs from the browser. No app store needed.
Open the app's address on your phone, sign in, and add it to your home screen. It gets its own icon, opens full screen, and WolfMap Field even works with no signal. Here is the whole of it:
Android (Chrome)
Open the app's address. Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right, then Add to Home screen (or Install app). Confirm, and the icon appears next to your other apps.
iPhone & iPad (Safari)
Open the app's address in Safari. Tap the Share button at the bottom, scroll and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Computer (Chrome or Edge)
Open the app's address and click the small install icon at the right end of the address bar. It opens in its own window from then on.
