Terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern use of AlphaWolf Technology apps and website. By subscribing, an organisation agrees to them on behalf of its users.

Subscriptions

Two kinds of plan are offered, as shown on the pricing page: per-user web applications (such as WolfMap Studio and WolfShift), billed monthly per named user; and per-site apps, billed monthly or annually per site with unlimited users at that site. Monthly plans run for the period you have paid for and may be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of that period. AlphaWolf Technology is the seller for every subscription, issues your invoice and receipt directly, and is responsible for the software, its delivery and its support.

Free trials and pilots

Live apps include a free 48-hour trial of the full application (some include a single watermarked export; Wolf Graphic Studio instead grants 50 free credits that do not expire). No card is required and nothing is charged unless you subscribe. When the trial ends the app locks until you subscribe; nothing is deleted. Work created during a trial or pilot is kept if you subscribe and deleted within 30 days if you do not.

Accounts and licences

A per-user licence is for one named person and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts that share credentials, attempt to copy or reverse-engineer the software, or breach these terms.

Intellectual property

The software, its design and its code are the property of AlphaWolf Technology and are licensed, not sold. Copying, redistributing, reverse-engineering or reselling the software is prohibited. Maps, rosters and other work you create with it are yours.

Acceptable use

The service may be used only for lawful safety, security and administrative purposes by authorised users. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter and for lawful use of any identity or visitor information.

Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability for cloud deployments and provide support by email; priority support is included with The Pack and Enterprise plans.

Data and ownership

Customers own their data. We hold a limited licence to process it to provide the service. Export is available at any time.

Liability

The service supports, and does not replace, an organisation's safety procedures and trained staff. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

Termination and suspension

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or has fees outstanding for more than 30 days, after written notice to the account email and a reasonable opportunity to put it right — except where the breach is unlawful or endangers others, when suspension may be immediate. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in an enterprise contract.
