Agreement

These terms govern use of AlphaWolf Technology apps and website. By subscribing, an organisation agrees to them on behalf of its users.

Subscriptions

Plans are priced per site, monthly or annually, as shown on the pricing page. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the billing period. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which is the seller of record for all purchases.

Free pilot

A free pilot lasts 30 days on one site. No payment is taken unless you choose a plan. Data from the pilot is kept if you subscribe and deleted within 30 days if you do not.

Acceptable use

The service may be used only for lawful safety, security and administrative purposes by authorised users. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter and for lawful use of any identity or visitor information.

Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability for cloud deployments and provide support by email; priority support is included with The Pack and Enterprise plans.

Data and ownership

Customers own their data. We hold a limited licence to process it to provide the service. Export is available at any time.

Liability

The service supports, and does not replace, an organisation's safety procedures and trained staff. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait unless otherwise agreed in an enterprise contract.
