Who we are
AlphaWolf Technology ("we") provides safety and security software to organisations ("customers"). This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your rights. Contact: [email protected].
Data we process
- Website visitors: contact-form details you submit, chat messages you send to our assistant or team, and first-party analytics: your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, the pages you view and how long, and the buttons you use. We use this to keep the site secure, offer live help and understand which pages are useful. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are used, and this data is kept for 180 days.
- Emails we send you: messages we send may contain a small image and links that record whether the message was opened and whether a link was followed, so that we know which enquiries to follow up. This is used only for our own correspondence, is never sold or shared, and you can stop it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Customer accounts: names, work emails and roles of the people a customer authorises to use our apps.
- Data inside the apps: visitor, staff, incident, asset and event records entered by our customers. For this data the customer is the controller and we process it only on their instructions.
Why we process it
To provide and secure the service, to respond to requests, to issue your invoice and take payment, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer data for advertising.
Where data is stored
In the region chosen by the customer, or on the customer's own server where they host the software themselves. Backups are encrypted.
Retention
Customer data is retained for the life of the subscription and deleted or returned within 30 days of termination on request. Contact-form data is deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by emailing [email protected]. If you are an end user of a customer's deployment, please contact that organisation first.
Payments
Payments are made by KNET or bank transfer and are handled by your own bank. We never see or store your card or account numbers; we hold only your name, email, the invoice and whether it has been paid.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
