Refund policy

Try before you buy

Every live app can be used free before any payment: a full 48-hour trial (some apps include a watermarked export; Wolf Graphic Studio grants 50 free credits instead). Please use the trial to decide whether the app is right for you.

First payment

If you subscribe and change your mind, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, provided the paid features have not been used — that is, no clean (unwatermarked) export or report has been downloaded from the account. Once a clean export or report has been downloaded, the service has been delivered and the payment is not refundable, in line with the usual rule for digital goods.

Monthly plans

Cancel at any time by emailing us or replying to any invoice. Cancellation stops future invoices; access continues to the end of the month you have paid for. Fees for a month already started are not refunded.

Annual plans

The same 14-day, unused-features rule applies to the first annual payment. After that, the unused portion of an annual plan is not refunded unless consumer law in your country requires it, in which case we follow that law.

Problems with the service

If a fault on our side prevents you from using the service for more than 24 hours in a month, we will credit that month on request. If we cannot fix a fault that stops you using what you paid for, we will refund the current period.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the account's email address with your invoice number. Refunds are issued by AlphaWolf Technology, to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Cancelling

Cancel from the Account page in the app, from the link in any receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not delete your account or your work.
