Monthly plans
Cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, because you can trial any app free for 30 days before paying.
Annual plans
Annual plans may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the first payment. After 14 days, the unused portion is not refunded unless required by law in your country.
Problems with the service
If a fault on our side prevents you from using the service for more than 24 hours in a month, we will credit that month on request.
How to request a refund
Email info@alphawolf-technology.com from the account's billing address with your invoice number. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
